Edward Tabut and Moses Kororia finished first and second in Dallas’ 40th Whiterock Marathon. Well deserved wins.

Moses is sort of a Kenyan gentle giant. He’s taller than most of the Kenyans that I’ve met. Moses placed 2nd in the 2007 LA Marathon and won the Dallas Whiterock race in 2006. He will be racing in the Dallas race this weekend. Cheers! Moses.

The Kenyan runners, schooled by Brother Colm O’Connell in Eldoret, say that running flatfooted is preferable to the traditional “heel-to-toe” running prescribed largely in the US.
