Last night’s experiments… Between 12AX, 12AU and 12AY. Tubes. Tubes. More Tubes… More searching. Will pull Celestion Vintage 30 and install next week. Should tighten it up considerably. Still slightly ‘loose’ on the bottom end. The ’59 Deluxe Tweed really is such a musical amp; even with tons of gain applied.
