Bourdainism? 30 Apr 2013.

Yesterday was well past hectic. We had friends out last night but, but realised, we had no real ingredients to make appetizers. (Or even a version of an appetizer…) The Bourdain moment came by combining green chile tortillas with fresh haricot vert and Sriracha sauce. I’m not a huge fan of minimalism, but… It was a ‘Hail Mary’ pass but everyone enjoyed them. I’m kidding and not kidding about the Bourdain moment. His CNN show is really an oasis when you sum travel, presentation, perspective and don’t leave out abstraction.

Reciprocity, methinks.
