I made this soup tonight after spending all day running around fixing issues. A friend said that I should open a restaurant. When I added up what the 20 minutes to make the soup would be in costs/opportunity costs — it came out to something like $265 a bowl. My friends in CA said — that’s no problem — send out a $100 redeemable coupon to offset the cost. Okay.
