I always forget how much ocean there is as you move further North. And how beautiful that feeling is. To be surrounded by a type of dangerous beauty.

At times there were way too many people but generally it was just the right mix. And for two days it was like watching a non-stop film. Which made for great chinema but also great thought.

I was thinking abt this yesterday on the way to lunch. Most retail today seems to be Dd pull rather than Dd push; which, to me seems like consumer behavior has flipped/managed to make sure product channels aren’t stuffed. And no one’s caught with their pants off in terms of inventory. But what if the Dd curve were a kinked curve? Interesting, yes?
