Trying to decide what to screen this Friday night. Toss up btwn Truffauts’ ‘400 Blows’ and Coppola’s ‘Somewhere’ or ‘Lost in Translation.’ There’s really no wrong choice here… Unless the audience decides to rebel.

These reminded me of Nepalese Prayer Flags. The Nepalese sherpas and sherpanis would fly these for good luck when they were about to climb Everest. Or if they were going shopping at the Polo Shop in Dallas in the mid-80’s.
