I was told, a while ago, that this film was bought for distribution here in the US. I don’t think it’s been released. It opened in Italy last year. The Italians didn’t seem too jacked by it; they’re all waiting for the release of Garrone’s “Pinocchio.” I watched Loro yesterday evening. I thought of it more as a study of ennui. Which was interesting given all the potential paths. Sorrentino always puts the arrow near the bullseye.
